SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Our small group training training program is an 8 week program dedicated to mastering traditional weight lifting exercises and gradually improving PR's week-to-week.
The program is comprised of 4 rotating workouts (2 upper-body, 2 lower-body) with a clear path to results. Members meet for one group workout per week and are expected to do 2 workouts per week independently.
8 week session is $170.
1:1 TRAINING SESSIONS
Our personal training packages will provide the 1:1 attention you need to push you to the next level. We will spend the 60-minute sessions reviewing the most important aspects of your fitness goals, whether it be lifting technique, improved PR's, or race training.
