Every workout is different and will provide the breakdown of a more dynamic exercise into rounds. You choose the exercise level based on your fitness abilities.
WELCOME & warmup
Your trainer runs through and demonstrates the workouts key movements and start with a 5 minute warmup to prepare your body for the work to come.
workout & cool down
Your trainer will lead you through the workout which combines general strength training with HIIT-style cardio, providing countdown and motivation, ending the intensity with a cool down and reset with stretch work.
