Class Content and Information
Our indoor strength class is for all fitness levels. This exclusive class is limited to no more than 12 people. Class involves all strength training and no cardio. The program is an excellent compliment with our outdoor bootcamp program but participants that prefer to do cardio independently also achieve amazing results attending 2 days of strength class per week. Activities include Functional Resistance Training drills in our Basecamp studio which was specifically designed for this class. This form of strengthening is guaranteed to keep your heart rate cranking and your muscles guessing. Our clients who achieved optimal results have not done so without including regular strength training into their programs. We make the promise in one 4-week program you will never repeat the same class twice.
Equipment Used
Exercise Bands, Medicine Balls, Agility Ladders and Rings, Bosu Balls, Steps, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Barbells, Our Signature Rifles, TRX suspension trainers, Balance Disks, just to name a few. Much of the class will involve using your own body-weight for functional resistance training
All Level Prerequisite: Must be able to complete the following without discomfort: 1. Jog 1/4 mile with minimal rest breaks 2. Bear weight through hands as if in push up or plank position 3. Transfer from standing to lying flat on stomach then back to standing 4. Perform light plyometric exercises like jumping jacks for 30 seconds
