Class Meets and Ends at 90 Canal St. After meeting up we venture close by to different locations. Stomping grounds include North End Parks, Greenway, Beacon Hill, Charles River, Boston Common and other various locations.

INTERMEDIATE OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP

Class Content and Information

Our outdoor signature bootcamp class is for intermediate fitness levels. Class involves a mix of  strength and cardiovascular cross training exercises.  Activities include bootcamp style drills guaranteed to keep your heart rate cranking and your muscles guessing. The variation and interval style conditioning will yield results like no other. Class involves running from one drill area to another. We also run hill and stair repeats.   Please be aware: Class stays outdoors when it rains. Intermediate level means intermediate. If you are looking for a challenging class, loyal & well educated instructors and sustainable results then you came to the right place.  It is not about intimidation. It is about pushing our clients to reach their full potential. Similar to the military, we get down and dirty everyday. There is no such thing as not showing up and our instructors mean business. 

Equipment Used.  Exercise Bands, Medicine Balls, Agility Ladders and Rings, Bosu Balls, Steps, Kettlebells, Our Signature Rifles, Hurdles, Jump Rope just to name a few. Much of the class will involve using your own body-weight for functional resistance training and plyometric training.

Intermediate Level Prerequisite: Must be able to complete the following without discomfort:   1. Jog /Run one mile without stopping   2. Jog / Run on treadmill with level 6 incline for 5 minutes nonstop   3. Bear weight through hands as if in push up or plank position   4. Transfer from standing to lying flat on stomach then back to standing   5. Perform light plyometric exercises like jumping jacks for 30 seconds
