Class Meets and Ends at 90 Canal St. After meeting up we venture close by to different locations. Stomping grounds include North End Parks, Greenway, and other various locations.

   Foundation All Level Outdoor Bootcamp

Class Content and Information

Our outdoor foundation class is a challenging class for all fitness levels.  There is less running in this class compared to our intermediate class. Foundation Bootcamp involves a mix of strength and cardiovascular cross training exercises.   Lots of our new members start here and advance to our intermediate outodoor when they are ready. This class is a great compliment to our strength class. Members attain amazing results.

Equipment Used.

Exercise Bands, Medicine Balls, Agility Ladders and Rings, Bosu Balls, Steps, Kettlebells, Our Signature Rifles, Hurdles, Jump Rope just to name a few. Much of the class will involve using your own body-weight for functional resistance training and plyometric training.

All Level Prerequisite: Must be able to complete the following without discomfort:   1. Jog 1/4 mile with minimal rest breaks   2. Bear weight through hands as if in push up or plank position   3. Transfer from standing to lying flat on stomach then back to standing   4. Perform light plyometric exercises like jumping jacks for 30 seconds
